Hi Tristan,

Why not sending the warranty parts to Australia? Please, the customer is expecting the head office to honor the warranty. If I have the parts here I will have sent it, but I don't.

For further business, it will be possible if we could get warranty issue ALL solved first. If we can not reply on you to solve the warranty issues in an acceptable period of time, the public customer in Australia will not be buying. That's the universal law of business I am afraid.

There is very little we can do to assist with the customer Ken, he is relying on you to solve the issue. Please update him directly from your end of what you can offer. Please.

That's why there isn't an ati distributer here anymore. The hybrids apparently had a lot of issues and ati washed their hands of it. Very poor service.
