Specifically for Nano and Pico Tanks with a Volume less than 100 litres.

Hi All,

Another new tank build for me. Lost count now over the past 23 years since the first tank. Tank will be mainly be SPS / Acans / Morphs and thats it. A few nice shrimp and not sure if any fish at this stage.

Tank was designed to be clean / no cords / no clutter, just live stock. Nothing to take the pleasure away from the live stock. Plus to be as silent as possible.

90 x 30 x 24.5 cm high

Display Lighting:
Giesemann Spectra 2 x 400 W Metal Halides (radiums) + 4 x 54W T5 ( 2 x ATI Actinic + 2 x ATI Blue Plus)


Stand:
Ikea

Sump:
Dimension 52 x 33 x 40 ( l w h)

Support systems:
System Water:
Natural Sea Water

Filtration:
Remote Deep Sand Bed Only + 2 x 200 Micron Filter Socks

Display Water circulation:
2 x X Aqua In / Outs
2 x MP10 QD

Return Pumps:
2 x Tunze 1073.050 with controller 7095

Skimmer:
JNS WS1 - GONE
Tunze 9004 - Switched Off Now

Chiller:
Artica Nano 1/15 HP

Evaporation Top Up:
Tunze osmolator with 5 stage RODI water

Controller:
NIL

Chemical Support:
Calcium Addition:

GHL Doser 2 - (KH / CA / MG)

The reactor was purchased from Fish Street. Build quality spot on and I like the fact that it's small and magnetic. Well worth the $$$.

Thanks all for the warm words.

Update,

Giesemann light packed up after one day. Just started to smell of electrical smoke and then it blew the power to the house. Being sent back for a replacement.

Just lucky I have no stock but I will start the zeo cycle anyway.

That's no good re light. I remember I read one of the other journal (rods tank?), the light had the same issue too.....

Shaping up to be a killer tank. What pump do you have hooked up to the x-in/outs, been wondering what two would be like, nice clean look without a powerhead.
