Things are humming along nicely weve got some pretty outstanding growth and awsome color. Stats are.. KH = 15 cal= 580 mag= 2250 strontium= 15 potassium=420 po4=.03 nitrates are added to keep in the 10-20ppm range par reading differ from 800 th 2000 on any given day due to using natural sunlight The filter room houses some impressive equipment we run biopellets along side zeolites, carbon, a 1 micron diatom filter changed daily, ozone, uv and a huge modified kz skimmer....

Awesome, Acronut. Interesting how high you run your KH. Thanks for sharing that, I love a good prop tank. Michael

the alk is high but in relation to ca and mag its spot on. we have been trialing various growth techniques, and have found one we are happy with. These trials came at a cost, my own personal display was used as the guinea pig and it hasnt been the same since. i dont think it will ever recover and come back to its former glory, but it has been worth it.
