You only need Rotifers once they start spawning. Then if they spawn in your tank you need to be able to collect the larvae, place them into another small tank with a small heater and air line. Then you need green water or instant algae and Rotifers. Once they get to about 7 days then you can give them baby brine less that 24 hours old.

Do some research, if you think its for you get some books. It's very interesting but very time consuming.

You can get Rotifers from reefculture.

Instant algae? That might be easier for now. Can i put the babies into a breeding net/cage? Where would i get the instant Algae from? Cheers for your help

I have seen instant algae in a few lfs, usually in the fridge in a bottle.
It will likely be a fair bit easier with that than having to grow phyto. Then again, that is also part of the fun :p

No, breeding cage or net isn't any good. The only flow you need is from a slow bubbling air line. Get a 30cm cube or two and blacken the outside completely or a round black tub. You need these for the larvae, the another tank or three for growout.

Do a google search, IA is good, but it's very expensive.

I wouldn't be worrying about it yet, your clowns may never spawn. If they start, you can get everything then

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'd been trying to find a place to get Rotifers from and Reef Culture is exactly what I needed to find :-D
