damer is seriously short of time this year, so he is not around to drive and organise it.

Any other user it quite welcome to pick up and do it though.

pretty much what Dallas said.

i put a bit of work into it for a 2010 challenge and not one person other than me started a topic. if there is enough interest i may get some time to put something together for the second part of the year.

I'm all for the Breeders Challenge 2012.

Some suggestions were made in the annual review here: http://www.masa.asn.au/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=154&t=227064.

I like the idea of recognition to get more information in the forum. Limiting the challenge to a specific fish/species may limit people more.

The reason I see this is to perhaps promote those species that can easily kept in 'pairs/harem' are seen by general reefers and perhaps they will rethink there 1 of everything stocking and enjoy the interaction associated with courting/spawning etc.

you could get involved in helping MOFIB organise a breeders challenge for 2012, this would be global and would get alot more interest in people being involved.

This could be a hybrid between many forums like MASA and MOFIB.
