This should be a really good tank numlock. I'll be watching with anticipation!

No No. Go back to the contemporary sleek look and make it out of MDF and apply some polyurethane to it. It will look heaps better with this tank. Stay with the first image. Well that's my opinion anyways.

definately...stay with the first image...will look much better...all that fancy woodwork just takes attention away from what's in the tank....
trying to replicate my little nor-west reef...well something similar for now...

I think you guys might be right, the trim and everything might just be a bit too much.

Why not go the full cube 30x30x30 or 24 high?

A 250w MH will certainly cover that height.

I agree with the other guys, make the tank a bit higher and ditch the trims, it looked much better pre trim or at the very least ditch the center square trim.

I got to disagree, I like the height of the tank, maybe make it 24 but not the full 30 inches...Will make cleaning the glass so much easier...easier to clean = will get cleaned more often = will look much better...my 2 cents

also having it short with a gap between the lights make it so you'll be able to look down on it aswell light a rock pool :)
