Review on the service and products from Guppy's online

Just bought some stuff from Gary @ Guppy's. Really good service and very responsive to emails. Can't wait for the products to arrive.

I've sent him a ton of pestering emails and he's been great with the responses

Also there are other shipping options outside of what the site automatically calculates

how do you choose another option other than the one given. shipping is a lot of the time why I steer clear of guppies and as the shipping cost can something's be excessive even for small items.

Check with Gary when you're ordering items

There is options to 'purchase' auspost satchels and choose pickup when ordering and Gary will sort it out and get it sent through Auspost.. Need to check with him regarding the size and weight of items though and what can fit in each bag

Ordered an item expecting a long wait as with most other online shops, never received an email about my order so figured that would be the case again, next day package arrived, great service!

Been buying equipment from Gary for the last cpl of months, always helpful and willing to help,I had a equipment failure the other day, Gary went above and behind to get the problem sorted as soon as possible.

Just want to give guppy's a big . Put an order through Sunday night and it was sitting on my desk Tuesday and was super well packed. Will definitely be using them again (actually pretty soon cause I forgot to order some stuff )

dont know if its me or the website, but most of the time it never works for me. i click on the menu categories and it does nothing. it just redirects back to the main page.

Reset your cookies should solve s problem like that.
