1 month on and the Echinata is colouring up nicely



Also managed to fit a few more corals in some how

Well things are going pretty good despite my best efforts Was playing around with dosing pump and forgot to exit back into auto mode so had a huge ALK swing 8.7 down to 4.9 so that has messed around with colours a bit which also caused 1 acro to RTN over night.
Also decided to go bare bottom as its getting pretty hard to get down to the sand bed to clean these days. Still have a bit of sand to remove but got 90% of it out at this stage

got bored a couple of weeks ago and threw together a quick algae scrubber to see what results i can achieve with it.
Any way here a a couple of pics from today

Just a small update. Removed Scrubber as i wasn't seeing any amazing changes and to be honest it was a lot of work to maintain it.
On a sad note woke up to find Ralph Our Red Mandarin decided to go carpet surfing during the night
Apart from that tank is going ok. It has looked better but i have been playing around making a lot of changes of late so it has had an effect on the tank. Just need to leave it alone for a while

Decided to give the Triton water testing a go to see whats going on in the tank and to compare a couple of tests to my own readings.
Did the test at the end of my 3 week water change schedule to see how it holds up and I think it all came out pretty good.
Iron and zinc are pretty elevated for some reason that i will have to look into.
