Ten Out of Ten Fishtank

Thats works, but it also stands for Tank of The Future.
Every month MASA PC&S team choose a tank of the month, every second month is tank of the future. A up and coming tank that people should take note as its destined for great things :D

Well deserved too Slawman

Tank is maturing nicely. Plenty of corraline and noticeable coral growth. Seem to be all loving the sunlight.

Check out the PAR reading from yesterday. I am hoping that "peak intensity" will be a positive for coral health and coloration as this brightness is only there for a few hours of the entire photoperiod.

Still taking it nice and slow. Added a school of bicolour Anthias to the quarantine on the weekend so should be in the display by Christmas (you can actually see a few in the tank behind the photo).

Plan to stick up some tank shots on the weekend.
The winner is the one who has had the most fun at the end

Full tank shot. Contrast is difficult to manage as the sun makes some very bright spots and they bounce around....

Some good growth from this little one over the last eight weeks.

Tank is starting to stabilise with good growth of pretty well everything. Thought some shots are in order!

Hawkfish

Fugua. The two green corals above the Fugia have grown from 1cm polyps on the LR.

Side shot. Clam has grown from about 8cm a few years ago.

Side shot. Not easy getting the fish out of the way for a shot! They swarm whenever anyone gets close to the glass....
