Re the test kit, I didn’t want another NYOS kit because the yellow hues are difficult to work out … and I end up with a wide range of what the reading could be.

Other than the ELOS what other quality nitrate test kit do you have? When do you expect the ELOS to be back in stock? I see that it is not marked “out of stock” on your website … we had this same issue with the last food order that I made.

I tried to give you a call yesterday after your email came through.

Being honest you have caught us off guard and we have run out of the Elos Test Kit, honestly i was unaware that this was the case until yesterday.

We would be happy to swap to an other brand or offer a refund?
