5ft ati hybrid

now i would like to know what is actually happening with the ati light situation ?
i have been very patently waiting for my ati hybrid lights which i ordered and paid the store for 7 months ago
i ordered 2 lights 4 ft & a 5 ft i received the 4 ft + globes for both .that was 7 months ago i have a tank that has only half its lights you have told me to contact ati directly i have also emails to you with no reply .
ati tell me they don;t know who the end users so they cant tell me if the lights are actually sent.

now you tell me after all this you didn't order my lights and you want me to pay extra to get them shipped out
i think you have your priority's mixed up .you get me to email ati direct to hurry them up for delivery .
i was in touch with them for a month sending emails back and forth so you got your delivery.
only to be told that my lights were never ordered this is bad business on your part so there will be no more orders from me
and i wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from you i have all the emails from you and ati if you wish i will put them up here so everyone can see what happened and how we were manipulated .
